The room was clean and had a nice interior design. The staff was readily available to help with any questions or concerns. The hotel was located next to several restaurants and shops, making it easy to find a good place to eat. the hotel was situated in a convenient location, close to public transportation and sightseeing attractions.
The noise level was unbearable in the room. The sound of the street traffic and noise from other guests kept me up all night.

The area around the hotel offers some decent places to eat and relax, but that's about the only good thing. the apartment might be clean, but don't expect anything else in terms of service. the only breakfast you'll get is probably something you'll make in the mini kitchen. Oh, and the view? Forget about it, there's nothing to see really.
The check-in process is ridiculous. There is no receptionist or staff to greet you.

We stayed at an apartment hotel that provided us with a mini kitchen and our room had a ceiling fan which was very helpful since it was hot during our city trip. the location was excellent, it was close to the beach and there were some local delicious eateries nearby.
The check, in process was terrible. We didn't know that we had to check, in at another hotel that was located some distance away.
